Last Few Days!

Finally I'm feeling up to blogging again!
Very early on Thursday morning (like 3 a.m.!) I woke up with a really bad migraine, so that day was mainly spent in bed. I haven't been sleeping very well for a while, and I'm guessing it just had caught up with me and caused the migraine.

Though still a bit shaky yesterday, I did some errands and also took a trip to IKEA in Malmö. They moved a while back, and I haven't been to the new one, which was kinda huge (the entrance was on the 3rd (!) floor!)! I didn't get much, just a few minor things (didn't feel like carrying a lot...), but it was a nice outing!

Today I'm trying (as usual) to do a lot of things at once! While still pretty annoyed at Uni about a couple of things, I'm trying to do a bit of reading for my Master's Thesis (will probably meet with my professor next week), and I've gone through some weird "clearing-out-mania" since I got back from the summerhouse ... now I'm going through all my old collections and getting rid of about 95% of them! Today I've been throwing away ALL my magazine clippings (those of you who has known me a while know that I've gathered a few *lol*), and been sorting through all my articles/ads etc. I'm figuring I should give it a couple of chances on tradera, see if anyone wants to buy them, otherwise I'm throwing them out as well!
Also sorting through a lot of trading cards, books, magazines etc, so I will at least try to get some of it sold ...

I'm hoping to get a bit done on the clearing project this week, because at the moment my apartment almost looks like a war zone, there are things and boxes and stacks of this-and-that ALL OVER the place ... and it would be nice to get things out of the way and clean up before next week! :) Guess I'd better get on with it, right?

A Big Sister Moment!

Not much has happened today - but I had to write and share a "Big Sister Moment" with you!
I sent a package to my Dad and his family yesterday, a few letter and small gifts for the girl ... mostly a "thank-you-for-this-summer" thing. Today I got a phonecall, and I figured it was "M" (the older one) as she tends to want to call every now and again!
But it was my younger sister, "I", who called!!! First time ever!!! At first I didn't understand, as she didn't really "speak", mostly made noises in the phone, but it was really her!! She's gotten sooooo big!! :) Aparently everybody had gotten excited about the package and wanted to call me - and "I" had carried the phone around for 20 minutes before my Dad found a moment to call me! *feeling happy*
I can't believe how time flies!!! I mean, I know "I" is growing up too, but she's always been the baby, this is a major break-through for her! I'm trying to remember when "M" called me like that for the first time! I don't really remember ... well, I do remember the first time she really talked to me, as in talking and describing something - that was during the spring of 2007, when "M" was about 2 years and 8 months (give and take some months here and there) - and "I" is 1 year 7½ months now ... But I don't remember the first time"M" just listened in the phone, not saying much herself ...
Anyway, that was a lovely conversation, that's for sure!

The last of my Tradera-auctions this time ended today as well - I did quite well this time - yay! One buyer actually bought 37 (!!!!) of my Mary-Kate & Ashley Olsen-auctions - yikes!! I have no idea how to managed shipping them, but I do have the weekend to try to figure it out! And all the money I can get are very welcome indeed! :)
I hope I can get more auctins up during the weekend - or at least later on! I really need to get rid of a lot of stuff, and like I said, any money coming in are more than welcome! :)

Hope you all will have a lovely weekend!

Getting Back To Normal?

I apologize for the lack of blogging for the last few days. For various reasons I haven't been feeling very well lately, and I've been having a hard time doing anything at all - which has been very frustrated. I know myself well enough to realize that I do have these down-turns every now and again - and sometimes for no aparent reason - but they are still frustrating! During sensitive periods I need very little to get down and somewhat depressed, and now a few things happened at the same time ... and there I was.
The problem is I'm having difficulties working my way out of it now. I know all the right things to think and do, but every time I try them, something happens to make me feel down again. Again, it's nothing big, and mostly silly little details, but they are enough to hinder me from getting back on track.

I have tried to arrange a day or two in complete isolation now - which is a lot better than it sounds like actually! :) I'm getting more and more used to being out around people, and doing things, but when I feel like this, I still prefer isolation. That way I can really work with myself, thinking, talking, writing to myself and try to break the pattern I'm stuck in. If I try to do a lot of things, there's a big chance something will happen that makes me feel low again, and than all the work I've put in has been for nothing!
There's no guarantee this will work either, of course - there are no guarantees in life, period - but at least I think I stand a fighting chance now, and that's something, right?

I really hope I can find my way out of this, as I have tons of things to do, and I'm starting Uni on Monday! I realize I won't have time to do everything I had hoped and planned, because when I'm feeling as low as I have these past few days, I'm very destructive and not at all constructive, but at least I hope I can do something - and I also need to be both practically and emotionally prepared to start next semester!!

I'm still running auctions on Tradera - have sold some and will hopefully make a continuing project of it. Feel free to check it out **here**!

I have also made quite a few digi.scraps of my sisters the last few days. They have all been uploaded to my Picasa Album (if you want to see, email me for the URL), but I can't help but share a few of my favourites here! Enjoy!

No Pics!

Sorry about the 'no-cleaning-pics' entry! *lol* I'm more or less finished, but it's no use taking pictures this late, the flash will reflect in the windows, and it will just look weird. I hope I can snap some shots tomorrow, when I've done the final touch, and add them with tomorrow's entry!

I feel like I've gotten a lot done today actually ... even though I still have to get up early to get the last things finished by tomrrow. But I've still done almost the entire living room (clearing away, wiping all the bookshelves (and all the other furniture), vacuum, remove a large chair and the table, and carpets, and scrubbed the floor - I've done the entire bathroom, and the hall ... so now it's pretty much clearing up in the kitchen, and one last run with the vacuum cleaner - and that's it.
Well, the bedroom is left, but I really will have to take that as a separate project ...
Still, I have a feeling I will have to get up early tomorrow, I realized I have to do some shopping before picking up my friend at the train, so I'll probably have to leave her about 10.30 - and I have to prepare the sallad as well ...

Even though I'm really tired now, and aching all over, I think i'ts worked out pretty well. I'm definately no fan of cleaning, that's for sure, but I think I've coped better this time than before. There is one thing I truly HATE about cleaning though, that doesn't seem to go away ever ... which is cleaning the bathroom drain ... I really really HATE it! It doesn't help that my drain is totally old and totally terrible either! First and foremost, it's too old to function properly, so I have to clean it pretty much every week - *YUCK* - and it's also really rusty down there, so the water in the drain is pictch black ... and filled with various disgusting particles ... *shivers* Today when I cleaned it, I also found this metal "blob-thingy" ... it felt like it was supposed to be propped into a whole to prevent leakage ... eh, that can't be good, right?!
Still, since my carpet isn't' good, I'm hoping someone will contact me soon about that, and from what I gather, they will also change the drain if they open up the floor to let it dry out and get a new carpet - I can't wait!

Seems like my week will be rather busy - which I totally like!
A friend - and her young son, aged about 7 months! - will come for lunch tomorrow!
On Wednesday, Lena will come for lunch! It's her first time visiting, I'm really looking forward to it.
And on Thursday night, Sara and Johanna will come for a Taco-night!
And in between that, I need to do some complementary shopping, get in touch with Uni, and at least start with cleaning my bedroom ...
So yeah - I'll keep busy!

Which is why I'll try to get to bed now ... if I can actually CLEAR by bed (all the things I haven't had the energy to deal with today has been stacked on my bed - along with the rest of the mess in my bedroom! *lol*

Also - don't forget to check out 'jessiezorro's Tradera Auctions'! :)

Take care, guys!

Cleaning?!

Okay ... so this is what it looks like, going through a major cleaning project?!?!?!?!?!??!
*little sigh*

First of all, apologies for not blogging for a few days ... my mood hasn't been the best, the reason why can pretty much be explained by the picture! I guess I'm a bit too thorough when it comes to it ... so I want to clean everything that I can even think of! Which in effect means, it is NEVER done - and so I'm frustrated!!

I've gotten the kitchen pretty finished now, and have started on the living room ... but it sure is taking forever and more to get everything done, that's for sure. I guess it doesn't help that I've added almost 60 auctions on Tradera (*~*click click *~*) during cleaning ... I've been sorting through my Buffy/Angel and Mary-Kate & Ashely Olsen clippings ... *yikes* I think I added about 300-350 pages on Tradera .... and that took some doing ... they don't seem to be that popular, but there are still at least a week left of the auctions, so fingers crossed, right?! :)

Today I'm having the worse day, where every single thing seem to be going wrong ... I really hate those days. I don't think I should get started on it, because I'm guessing you're not looking forward to me constantly complaining about absolutely everything - I'll just go so far as to say my mood is HORRIBLE ... and leave it at that!

Still, I though I should make a blog entry to let you know I'm still alive ...
Take care

Project Started!

Yes I did start my massive cleaning project today ... and of course it turned out to be waaaay more massive than I had antipicated. I really need to finish most of the appartment (except maybe the bedroom, which has been in complete chaos since I moved in here three years ago!) by the end of this week - because starting next week, I will start having people over here ...
I'm just not sure how I'll manage ...

I started in the kitchen today - and the more I did, the more things I discovered I needed to do. *little sigh* I haven't even finished the kitchen - but I did put up about 30 auctions at Tradera during the day, which took some time ~~click here~~ - but I haven't that much left. It's pretty much a matter of storting through, and cleaning, a bookshelf, run the vacuum, remove the carpets to scrub the floor properly ... oh yeah, and dusting everything in the window (lots of photoframes there). Then I'm pretty much done with the kitchen ... so I guess I'm making some progress at least.

I had intended going out to a mall, and some stores around town tomorrow - but now I'm wondering if I should save it for Friday. I haven't quite made up my mind yet, but it would definately feel nice to have gotten a little bit more done on my project before I'm giving myself almost an entire day off. But I'll have to decide that tomorrow (also kinda depends on when I'll wake up and how tired I am, because if I'm gonna make decent time tomorrow, I'll have to leave here at about 8.45 a.m.).

Got the movie "Clubland" in the mail today *yay*, but I haven't watched it yet. I'm in the middle of a massive 'Stargate SG-1' marathon at the moment - watching all ten season (yup, I'm nuts!) - and I want to finish that first. So far I've gotten to about mid-season three, and I have to say most of these early episodes are really great ... then again, most of the later episodes are also really great - guess that's why I'm such a fan of the show! *lol*
Just watched "Jolinar's Memories" and "The Devil You Know", and I really like that storyline. First time I watched it I was soooo amazed to see ... ****spoiler**** Apophis return ... they did a great job on his makeup too! :) And Sokar is a pretty cool Goa'uld - after all, a guy yaking on the persona of the Devil is really something, right?!!

This And That - And A New Project!

Today has been a 'this-and-that' day ... This morning I went to get a hair-cut, which was more than neccessary after the summer. Nothing drastic - that's definately not me - just even it out ... but it was nice to get it done.

Otherwise I haven't done much ... added a few more auctions on Tradera - **click here** - I'm hoping to get my act together and clear out a lot, and hopefully some of it will sell! *fingers crossed*

I've also decided on a new project, which I'm hoping to get started on tomorrow. This appartment needs a true cleaning - and I'm talking massive! I'm not a fan of cleaning, that's for sure, but I can usually keep it decent around me ... but now I'm realizing I need to do it very thourough ... think 'cleaning-before-you-move-out' - well, almost anyway!
I can't say that I'm looking forward to it, but I think it's definately time for it now. I don't have much planned for the rest of the week - except an outing on Thursday - but next week things might start happening, so I should really get at least most of it done this week!
Also, I'm hoping that a massive cleaning will mean that I really go through all my stuff, and that way I can find even more stuff to sell on Tradera! That's almost like killing two birds with one stone, right?! ;) --[That is really a horrible expression, come to think of it ... why would you want to kill innocent birds???!]
Anyway ... send your thoughts my way tomorrow, when I'll be buried in spunges and dustrags! *lol*

Finishing off with a few new digi.scraps - more are added in my Picasa Album!

Busy Day!

Today I have gotten quite a lot done, so I'm really pleased with my day!
I was up pretty early and did some light cleaning, and when the landlord's office opened at 9.30 I was there - feeling quite nervous and anxious. There were already people there waiting in line, so it took a while before I got to see him.
We dealt with a few matters, the "real" issue was my bathroom floor. I didn't get that much clarity, but apparently some professional "guy" will contact me and I guess I'll have to discuss the details with him. It sounded like I'd be able to stay home for the most part of it anyway, which is good - doesn't feel to happy about imposing on friends for weeks at a time ... also, since I have Zorro, it's not just me imposing, it's a crazy cat imposing as well! ;)

I felt quite relieved after having handled that meeting, but I still knew I had two phonecalls to make, so I couldn't quite relax either. I managed to gather strength and took care of those as well - yay me! Everything worked out very smoothly, and after that, I took a well-earned nap!

During the afternoon I took a walk downtown (takes about 25 minutes) and ran a few errands before walking home again. I haven't gotten that much done since I came home, but I did manage to start preparing some Tradera auctions! I have tons of stuff I should add, and I only had energy to fix 8 of them ... but if you want to check them out, feel free to do so by **clicking here**!

Unfortunately I didn't get my dvd package today :( ... but I couldn't help myself to a few more dvds today! *feeling a little guilty*
I bought the first Stargate movie, "Stargate: Ark of Truth", from Play.com - and on eBay I found the Aussie movie "Caterpillar Wish" (Philip Quast) rather cheap! :)
I'm so waay behind on Stargate - I haven't even seen "Atlantis", and I haven't seen the SG-1 movie "Ark of Truth" either - and now the second movie "Continuum" been released ... guess I have some catching up to do there!
And finding something with Philip Quast always makes me tick! I know I'm still missing a few movies - like "Me and Mrs. Jones" and the episode of "Inspector Morse" he's in ... but I'm definately keeping an eye out for them! :)

Very Confused!

I felt I should write something here now, since I missed blogging last night ... I'm feeling completely exhausted though, so I'm not sure if I'm going to make much sense!
The headache is getting better, I felt less pain yesterday and has almost felt none today. For some reason I have been totally tired all day, so I haven't been quite as efficient as I had hoped. I have managed to clean most of my appartment, even though I really should have done more than that.

A bit tough not to understand why I'm so tired though! I really hope I won't catch a cold now because I don't have time to be sick anymore now!!

I'm also totally frustrated over Tradera! I have sold quite a lot of things during the years, but this time it's been worse than ever, soooo many people that are not paying, claims they have paid when they haven't, totally refuses to reply to emails .... I'm practically loosing my mind over this. Actually it takes quite a lot of work to get these auctions to function well, with proper descriptions, photos, taking the time to write and upload the auctions, checking for shipping costs, cheapest way of shipping when buyers have bought more than one auction etc etc ... I know I can't always get the 'easy' buyers, but right now I think I'm waiting for payment from six or seven different buyers - and there's just one problem after another ....
I'm a bit "against" leaving negative feedback too, because it's so common with "revenge-feedback" - that is, if I'm upset with a buyer who won't reply to emails or send payment, and leave a negative feedback for them, they will automatically do that for me as well, despite the fact that I haven't done anything to warrant it ...
I have a lot of stuff I want to sell on Tradera, and some things that I know I will probably get some money for, but right now, I'm so sick of it!!!!!

Sorry about not beeing in a better mood! I'm still having kind of a hard time "coming back" after this headache-thing, and combined with other factors - such as Tradera, the fact that I'm always tired, that it seems Zorro has gone completely insane for the last few days - makes me feel rather low right now!
I'm gonna try to get a good night's sleep now, and hope I'll feel better tomorrow!

Wow - That's Amazing!

I really can't believe the day I've head ... and I'm more talking of the way I've been feeling about things, coping with things etc. The practical aspect of the day has been both up and down, but it has still been a really good day!!

I went to Uni this morning, and met a girl whom I studied with last semester here on the train station, so I had company all the way! :) Good thing too, since the trains were late. At Uni I managed to get three of the books for my current course from the library (although I later found out I'm still missing one), and just the fact that I can go to the library is a great relief because that was earlier a huge thing for me, it was really "enemy territory" and I totally feared it!! So that is progress to say the least! I'm still a bit nervous about things not working out, or that something unexpected might happen, but it's nowhere near as bad as it has been, and I am coping with it.

Afterwards I went to a nearby mall ... and got absolutely nothing done! I was supposed to check out a few things - didn't find anything - and I had one "real" errand, which of course I remembered when I was on the bus back home! Typical! Despite that, my good mood persisted, and when I came home and had relaxed for a while I managed to clean the rest of my apartment, cook a "real dinner" (yeah, I know, but the whole food-thing is an issue with me ...) and also get some stuff done online!

Not a bad day for someone who felt their whole life was completely worthless about 30 hours ago, right!? :)

Also found out that I'll be meeting Johanna for lunch on Friday and then we'll take the ferry over to Helsingör in Denmark!! It's gonna be so much fun, I haven't been there in years, even though it only takes 20 minutes from Sweden (maybe 40 minutes alltogether from here, including trains!), so I'm sure I'll have a blast!!

I still can't explain why the entire me so completely changed yesterday afternoon, but I can tell you I'm totally greatful for it! Even though some things haven't quite worked out today, I'm still in a really good mood, and that's not very common for me, at least not now ... feels like I've been going in a downward spiral for weeks now .... so I'm most greatful for that!

Even my auctions on Tradera is going well! *yay* I added 57 auctions on Monday evening (for 14 days) and so far I have sold 2 (BuyNow) and there are bids on 12 of the rest! Not bad!! Feel free to check them out |**here**|

Keep your fingers crossed that I will really get going studying tomorrow! :)

Change Of Plans!

These last few days hasn't worked out at all the way I had hoped and planned! *sigh*
Started yesterday, when I slept really poorly, woke up with a headache that gradually turned into a migrane attack! I had it all day yesterday, went to bed at 9 p.m. and did sleep fairly good. I had planned to visit "work" today, and had set my alarm for 4 a.m. to really prepare, since yesterday was so terrible.
Turns out that my head felt so insecure, even after about 2½ - 3 hours of working at making it better, that I didn't dare to go to work (problem with it is the bad communications through public transport, because once I leave my home town, I know there's no way I'll make it home for another 5-6 hours - and I didn't dare to take the chance of the migrane comming back). I was totally exahusted, and my head wasn't great, so I went back to sleep (after having called work) and slep until noon!! *yikes*

Since then I have tried pulling myself together, my head has been feeling a little bit better, but it's still not 100% ... I do hope I'll be able to work things out tomorrow, as I'm planning on a study session at the library at Uni (which is kind of a big thing with me - I'm still not comfortable around Uni apart from when I'm having lectures), meeting a friend and meeting my mentor - so I really hope I'll feel fine tomorrow!

I did fairly well on Tradera this time, which is nice! The economy isn't great right now, and I need all my student loan money to pay bills and food and stuff, selling stuff can get me some extra money to buy fun stuff! *lol* I am however experiencing some problems with buyers this time, which is annoying. Someone claiming they have payed, I haven't gotten any money whatsoever ... another buyer whose email address isn't working (I know I should try to call them, but I honestly don't think I feel up to doing that, I have such a hard time talking on the phone, and doing it like this - I just don't think I can cope .... Guess all I can do is hope that they will get in touch with me ... maybe ...) - so that is a bit of a worry!
Still, I'm happy with making some extra money, so I guess I'm gonna have to accept that not all the deals go totally smooth ...

Well, it's early yet, but I think I'll try to wind down in front of the TV and get an early night - give my head a chance to fully recover!
Seeya!

Intense Day - Intense Future!

Today, or rather this morning, was very intense! I have been pretty much worn out and not gotten that much done after I got home ...

I had to meet two Uni teachers this morning, and although it ended up working out pretty well, I was still so nervous, that I have a hard time "recovering" from it!
Also, one thing that wasn't too great! I just realized that my planning for this semester won't work out ... I really wanted to finish these two "special" courses first, take the exams and get them over and done with before my last course starts, which is on November 5. However, since I didn't get started until today - which is very late indeed! - and it was a lot more stuff than I thought - I don't think I stand a chance to get it all finished by the first week of November. After all, that's only six weeks away, and during these two courses I will do :
  • About 1,500 pages of litterature (Swedish and English)
  • 20 pages of Hebew text (meaning I'm gonna have to know it in Swedish and Hebrew, know the translations and be able to analyze various word-forms)
  • One paper
  • Two oral exams.
I honestly don't think I'm capable of doing that in six weeks, no matter how hard I try.
Still, the more I get done before the next course, the better it is. I have a feeling that course will be pretty demanding too, we have a rather demanding teacher and I just found out that over approximately 10 weeks, we will have ONE exam which will account for the entire grade! That is tough in itself and I also learned that we'll take it (don't remember the date, some time in mid-January) 4-30 - 8.30 p.m. - thanks a lot!!
I have a strong feeling I will definately be busy in the future, that's for sure!

I have a number of thoughts regarding Uni now, my future there, but I'm not quite in the mood for going into some deep discussion about that right now. I want to write some of it down here, and make a more extensive note of it in my Swedish blog, 'Att leva med social fobi', but I'm afraid it's going to have to wait a while, until I can sort everything out!

A little less than 24 hours left of my Tradera auctions now - don't forget to check them out!! This time lots of stuff with famous twins Mary-Kate & Ashley Olsen, but also dvds, magazines (Dreamwatch, SFX and more) and lots more! Enjoy!

Let's Get Going!

I realize my blogging haven't been the best during the last few weeks. Not only do I feel like I have neglected this blog, I also feel I have not updated my other blogs as often as I should have - including Zorro's - so my apologies go to Zorro as well!

I really do hope that I will get more routine in my life now, because no matter how confusing my life is right now, I will for certain start this autumn semester on Monday, and I hope I can implement some routine in my life when my studies start for real!

I had another meeting with my student councellor today, and although I finally figured out what to do with the next three to four years, I still wasn't too happy about the meeting! As the Swedish University system is undergoing major changes, things are a big mess at the moment!! I had hoped to finish my degree according to the old system, but aparently that's out of the question, so now I'm going to have to "transfer" into the new system!
I had the whole thing pretty much figured out when I went to see my councellor, only to find that all the rules and regulations I had in mind when I figured out my plan, doesn't apply anymore! Thanks a lot!!
I have a very hard time just to change a way of thinking, and all of a sudden comply to a new way of thinking, and since I don't immediately get the new way, I feel really dumb and stupid - and I did get the feeling that I didn't understand a thing and that the councellor felt like she had to explain the whole thing to a three-year-old! I know I'm probably over-reacting, but it was rather a difficult session, that I have to admit!
At least we went through every semester until I will - hopefully! - get my Master of Theology Degree, so at least I hope I know what I will do for the next three years! But when I went home and checked the courses avaliable for next semester, there still seemed to be inconsistancies with what I had been told! *deep sigh*
This councellor will quit now - which is sad because she has helped me a lot - but I think I'll just have to try to wait until it's time to apply for next semester's courses and than email the other councellor than, to ask some more questions!

Enough boring Uni talk now - sorry folks!

I had a wonderful time last night, when Sara and Johanna came over for Taco-dinner! I really feel like I've found a couple of great friends there, and I can be totally relaxed and enjoy myself with them (and the fact is, that is not too common for me, I tend to worry a lot about what is going on, what I am saying and doing and how other people will interpret that), and that is a great feeling!!

Lots of laughs, of course - what else?!!? - even though we actually drank Pepsi throughout the night!! *gasp* Impressive, huh?! *lol*

I've also been invited to Johanna's and Per's house-warming party in a few weeks, as they moved during the summer, and I'm totally looking forward to that! I bet it's gonna be a lot of fun, and I really like to see their new place! They also have a new little kitten that I'm dying to get to know! :) (I bet Zorro will be a bit jealous though!!)

Anyway - I do hope I will be better and keeping up-to-date with my online activites, both in my blogs and in various Forums, in the future!
Also, not too many days left on my latest Tradera-auctions - check them out!!

Generally Confusing!

My life is just generally confusing right now - which is why I haven't done much blogging lately. I know I should be doing lots and lots and lots of stuff, and although I feel like I'm trying to keep busy most of the time, I never seem to get anything done! Very annoying!

Lot of uncertainties regarding Uni as well. I have an essay I should have finished last fall, which I should be working on, but I'm very insecure about the whole thing, so I should contact my tutor. But I'm having him for a rather special course this semester as well, so I should contact him regarding that as well. But now I've found out that I might have made a mistake in taking the courses I'm taking this semester, I might need to change them - which would mean not taking that particular course at all ... Oh, did I mention things are confusing!?!?!?

Starting next week, more practical things will happen. I have a meeting with my student councellor, I have an introduction to a course (for once, one I know I'm going to take!!), I'm going to visit work etc, so hopefully some of the confusing will disappear then. The only problem is that since it will be such an intense week I feel like I should have gotten as much as possible done before it starts ... oh, God, I'm just babbling ... sorry ... I'll shut up now!

I did pretty well on Tradera this time though, sold for a little over 300:- (about US$44), which feels great. I've added another bunch of auctions today (and included the ones I didn't sell as well ...). You can check them out | here |.

I have only one thing planned for tomorrow, so I'm hoping I'll be able to catch up a bit around the house - and with myself! I'm gonna need all the mental preparation I can get in order to make it through next week. Hopefully I don't have anything I have to do on Friday though, because than I can really relax with Sara and Johanna on Thursday! I'm sooo looking forward to our dinner .... I even found a (for me!) totally new drink-recipe that I'm definately going to try out! :)

Turning Around?

Well, I'm hoping this depressed state of mind I've been in since yesterday will start to turn around now. I didn't feel great this morning, and some of it is still with me, but I have felt a bit better during the afternoon and evening!
I managed to clean most of the bathroom, and did a real cleaning of the kitchen ...
And I've also added some more auctions on Tradera - why don't you check it out?

Guess I haven't done much more than that, but considering the way I've been feeling since tomorrow morning, I think that's quite good actually!

I know I have lots and lots of stuff to deal with now - this semester won't start until 11 September, but I'll certainly keep busy until then, that's for sure. I just hope I won't feel so down in the future, but have the energy to deal with everything.
Some stuff is just plain boring stuff that needs doing, but most of it make me feel quite anxious, so I know I'll need to be in pretty good shape in order to be able to cope.

Anyway, I'm just greatful that today was a bit better than yesterday!
Take care!

Getting Started!

I have tried to get started on everything today, and while there's always feeling that I could have and should have done more, I'm not completely dissatisfied with today.
I have started cleaning up, I have been going through some stuff that I want to sell and gotten a few auctions up on Tradera, I have tried to bring some life back to my forums with a "welcome back"-invitation to the members ... Also been doing some "work" on the computer ...

First off, some new digiscraps, hope you like 'em! :)

Also, I'm going to try to get a lot of stuff sold on Tradera (a swedish auction site). Feel free to check out my auctions by {clicking here}. I'm happy with whatever I can get rid of, and I will add a lot more things over the coming days, so feel free to check back every now and again! (For those of you living outside Sweden, I accept international bidders as well - let me know if you are interested!)

Also, trying to promote my Forums a little. I haven't been keeping up with them now, since I was away all summer and have had everything with the exam to worry about now, but I'm hoping to get back to posting regularly now!

Hope to see you there! :)

New Phone!

First off, the good news! I've bought a new mobile phone! My old one has been acting a bit weird lately, so I've been checking up on some new ones. They are horrible expensive though, I found one I REALLY liked, a Nokia 6103, but it costs about 1500:- - 2000:- ( ~ $220-$300), which is quite a lot!
By chance, I checked the Swedish auction site Tradera, and to my big surprise I found one there for about 800:- (~$115), it was almost new and the seller would include it being sent by registered mail! I know it's still a lot of money, and I'm usually not exactly rich during the summertime, but I just couldn't help myself! *lol* So I bought it ....
I'll be transfering the money on Monday or Tuesday, but I hope I'll get it by the end of the week ....

This is about the only positive thing in my life at the moment though, becuase it seems this semester will end in the same way it has been the past few months, with me feeling terrible and everything being a huge mess.
I'm really struggling with myself over this, because I really HATE how things have become, and I feel terribly upset because of this ... and at the same time I try to convince myself not to be that upset, but instead focus 100% to pass the last exam, accept the fact that things are the way they are - and try to make some changes when the exam is over.
In short - everything is VERY confusing at the moment ....

To finish off, a digi-scrap and a graphic. Enjoy!

Somewhat Better ... I Think?!

No disaster have occured today, so I guess that would mean that I did have a better day today than I have had earlier! Can't say that it's been a great day, but I'm greatful for every day that goes by without something going completely wrong at the moment!!

I managed to get some work done on my essay this morning - about time too!! - and I sent a looong email to my tutor!! (I haven't heard back from him though ...)
Then I went Christmas shopping ... which was kind of a joke ... as I ended up with one little book for my sister! I had hoped to get a little more shopping done than that - but I guess you can't have everything, right?

The weather was actually pretty good when I left - a surprise, since it feels like it's been raining constantly for the last month or more - but it was a completely different story when I was going home. First I had to wait for about 15 minutes for the first bus (which was late!) in complete storm!! Since it had been rather warm - and I'm always soooo hot - when I left, I only wore a T-shirt and a jacket ... but the storm made it feel like -10 degrees at least ... I was sooo cold!! When I got to 'my' town, the city bus had just left *typical*, so then I had to wait for another 15 minutes for the city bus - and now the freezing storm had been accompanied by heavy rain! I was in such an awful mood when I got home!!
I haven't done anything really useful since I got home either - I just haven't felt like doing anything at all *sigh*

I did have plans to go for another shopping excursion tomorrow (going north this time, instead of south), but after the day I had today, I doubt I'll go ... I have some other errands to run within town, and I could do with some serious work on my essay too!

Oh, by the way - I did add my last auctions for the year to tradera last night! Feel free to check them out at: http://www.tradera.com/category/auctionlist.aspx?ftgnr=212855&sortBy=16 Any bids are more than welcome! :) :)

Take care, guys!

Definately Hebrew!

Today has flown by rather quickly, but I think I have managed to get a few things done. One thing I have done is listen to my Hebrew Les Misérables recording that I bought on eBay a while back! I really like it!! I haven't listened to all of it yet, but most of it!
It was especially interesting to me, as I'll be studying Old Testament-Hebrew all of next semester (yes, I am strange, I already know that *lol*), and even though I imagine it's not exactly the same language (after all, some development should have occurred over about 3-4000 years, right?), I guess there are some similarities! As a matter of fact, I discovered one fairly early! One of the very few Hebrew words I do know is "Elohim", which means God (well, one aspect of God anyway ... long story!), and that occured quite a lot in the recording! Also, it's such a beautiful language! I could never have guessed, but I really do like it, and I'm very much looking forward to learning more about it next semester!!

I also tried to bring some form of life back into my Les Misérables Forum, so if you have a minute and feel like it, you can check it out! (More members and activities are always appreciated *hint hint*)
I know I have neglected it myself recently, but I will try to make an effort to post a bit more often from now on!

I've also put up some stuff for sale on Tradera - if anybody's interested, you can find it at http://www.tradera.com/category/auctionlist.asp?ftgnr=212855! I hope I can get a little money for it, at least! (Also hoping to add some more stuff tomorrow night!)

Well, apart from that I don't have very much to report! I've become really inspired by the Lord of the Rings-dvds I'm watching, so I really hope I'll have the time and energy to start making dvd caps soon - I bet some of the pictures there would make awesome graphics! *fingers crossed*

I know I have one more day off before next week starts, but there are lots of things that start piling up at Uni now, so I'm really getting nervous. I'll try not to be too negative in advance, and I guess I'll have tomorrow to try to work with myself regarding this ... but it feels like it'll be quite heavy from now and until Christmas at least ... *gulp*

Take care!

A Bit Nervous!

I'm feeling rather nervous right now, as the upcoming week is a very heavy one for me!
I have lots of things to do, we start a new course, which I think will be interesting but quite demanding. It also looks like there will be quite a lot of work - and presentations - in groups ... and since the last time worked so well ... *ironic smile here* ... I know I shouldn't jump to conclusions, but it's hard not to worry!
I also have a lot of other stuff I need to do and take care of, and on Thursday I'm going north to meet my families!! I look forward to the trip a lot - it'll be great to see my little sister again, and I'm seeing one musical show and one 'real' musical! Yay! But it will be very demanding indeed, not much time for rest at all, and as soon as I am back, the course will continue ...
I have some other stuff - personal stuff - to deal with as well ... and this is something that tends to complicate matters a bit! I can't really help it though, because it's something I feel rather strongly about, and I just can't all of a sudden just forget about my feelings on this particular matter ... but it's also taking away energy that I need, now that so much stuff is happening around me! Life sure as Hell is complicated, isn't it?

Before I'm getting completely depressed, I do have some good news! I recently put up some auctions on Tradera - a Swedish auction site - to see if I could get some money ... I normally don't do very well there, I'm happy if I sell one or two items, but this time it's almost crazy!! I'm doing really really well, and that's terrific! Partly, of course, because I need the money (I mean, come on - who doesn't need money?!? *lol*), but also because I really need to clear out among my collections, and I really have a hard time throwing things like posters, books and dvds in the garbage!!!

Finishing off with some graphics ... I'll let you guess who's in which picture though!! *lol*
