A Conflict ...

Today I've been going through a conflict - with my emotions!

Once again I had a pretty bad night, which made me postpone my Uni studies. I was at my department at lunch though, to meet my mentor! This will be the last semester I'll see her, so it'll take a lot for me to cancel an appointment! :)

I spent the morning writing in my diary, and I think I did reach a conclusion, even though I haven't managed to "live up to it" today!
The idea came from a friend who was here, and she's experienced her own problems. She mentioned (more or less in passing, but it was something that stuck with me) that she had a certain way of dealing with her problems. Once a problem occurres, the trick is somehow to isolate that particular situation, and work hard at making the "right" decision in that particular stiuation (without getting distracted by a wider view)! I have a feeling I can really use this, wether it is an anxiety-related situation, or something having to do with my weight, or pretty much whatever it is.
If you can isolate one single situation and work hard at making the "right" decision (wether it is deal with a tough situation, or resist some unhealthy meal, or whatever), this will eventually have an implication in your life ....

Today, for some weird reason, though, I have managed to break pretty much every rule possible, no matter what it applies to!! *sigh*
Needless to say, this day has been not-very-productive!!
Guess all I can do is hope for tomorrow, right!?!?

What Type of Movie Would Your Life Be?

Your life would be a Horror Film. You question the metaphysical and are curious about the supernatural. Your imagination lures you to the dark side. You play with the idea of spirituality, but have yet to reach any definitive and absolute conclusions. While your mind constantly toys with things that seem to transcend the laws of nature, there's a part of you that remains firmly grounded in the world around you.
